hereinafter called “ the buyer ”.

Definition

The present Terms and Conditions define contractual obligations between ROCKING ALL LIFE LONG and the buyer. These conditions are applicable to any purchase made on the website www.rocking-all-life-long.com

The acquisition of goods from the website implies that the buyer accepts the present Terms and
Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions will prevail over all other general or particular conditions which are not formally approved by ROCKING ALL LIFE LONG.

Products are defined as those that appear in the on-line catalogue and published on the website

Each product is accompanied by a description established by the supplier.

Pricing

The prices listed in the catalogue are in euros and include VAT.

ROCKING ALL LIFE LONG reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, in the event of any changes, the price applicable shall be the price indicated on the day of the order.

Prices do not include order processing charges and postage.

The cost of delivery includes order processing charges and postage.

Orders

A buyer wishing to buy a product must :

- fill in the identification form with personal details such as name, address, telephone number, etc or sign in using an existing account identity

- check and validate the order

- carry out the payment procedure

acknowledgement of having full knowledge of them and waives all rights to his own buying

All supplied data and the registration of confirmation will be considered proof of transaction.

Confirmation will be considered as a signature for operations carried out.

The seller will confirm by email that the order has been registered.

Cancellation

The buyer has the right to cancel the order during a period of seven days from delivery by returning the product in its original packaging to the seller.

A full refund will be granted for the product but not for delivery costs or return postage.

Payment

Payment is due with the order.

Buyers from France may pay by cheque or by Paypal. Payment by Paypal is the only accepted
method for international orders.

All invoices are expressed in euros and are available to buyers by using the “My Account” tab.

Deliveries will be made to the address indicated on the order form.

All risks are transferred to the buyer at the moment the product leaves the premises of ROCKING ALL LIFE LONG. Any claims of damage incurring during transport must be addressed with the carrier within three days of delivery.

Warranty

Any non-confirming product may be returned to the seller for an exchange or a refund.

All claims for an exchange or refund must be carried out using the contact form on the website
within a period of thirty days from delivery.

Responsibility

The seller, in the process of an on-line sale, having taken all reasonable measures under his control, cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of internet such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, connection failure or any other involuntary problem.

communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
